second marriage

Perhaps your 1st wife is waiting for you and dont know you only married her because of your parents. Riding two boats at a time is risky and I suggest you fix your mess from 1st marriage then get into another commitment.

Did you guys meet in person? you went to Russia for the wedding? If so just search and the process is mentioned on the boards.

First of all your first wife is here inside KSA or India?
if she is here you can not get visa for second wife.
you have to go nowhere for registration only to Jawazat to issue Iqama and thats all
