Yes, he will be allowed to fly, but will not get entry into Turkey. He will be sent back from the airport itself as per rules.

Also, the e-visa is only valid if you have a valid UK/ US or Schengen visa.

Else, they will send you back from immigration itself.

After reading the very informative reply from conniesky, it is quite clear that i, an unemployed housewife cannot go to turkey alone without my husband, as i have to submit my own bank statement and employment certificate. ALAS!!!

So now my question is if my husband is eligible for e-visa (having a valid US visa), and i am not, so we both have to go through the same channel of applying via an agent, or i can apply via agent, using his bank statement and employment letter, after he gets his online visa.

Can I apply for eVISA ?

As far as I know, those who have a valid US visa can apply online for an E-visa.

In your case, I am not quite sure if you can travel or apply to visit alone. Best thing to do is to approach a legit travel agency. I'll try to ask my agent about this and will get back to you as soon as I have the info.

I just spoke with an agent from Fursan Travel. He said you can apply for a visa and travel alone but you need to provide the following; bank statement (in English) of your husband, a copy of your iqama (colored), your husband's employment certificate indicating his salary (colored), copy of your husband's ATM card, your exit-re-entry, original passport and flight details. The processing takes 10 days to 45 days depending on the nationality.

For all those that were successful in your applications please state which city u applied in. I'm in medina but I think my application might have a better chance in Jeddah? Also our experience dealing with Fursan agents in Medina were terrible. We are thinking to go to Amaani agents in Jeddah. We have paid flights, reserved hotels and an invitation letter. My husband is Bangladeshi passport holder and a student so NOT employed.

Also we have bought Tawuinya Travek Insurance 255 riyal and applied online through the official Turkish consulate services but it doesn't give us any appointments just a reference number and asks us to submit the application through an agent. 🤔🤔 we have 100,000 in the bank account and had 40,000 more than 6 months.

Anyone with any suggestion information similar experience as a student or Bangladeshi passport holder applying for a Turkish visit Visa please respond.

Some people are saying getting a schengen Visa and then applying for Turkey is easier bcos in that case u just do it online in the evisa dot GOV dot TR website, that's the official Turkish website. U tick that box that says u have a valid Visa for UK or USA or CANADA or Schengen, it's like $60 or something and print it within minutes the Evisa...

When I researched about Schengen the top countries that accept and give Visa are Iceland, Latvia Luxemburg these types of countries have the lowest rejection rates but u can do a Google search urself. So maybe apply to go to one of those countries, like 1 week, u need confirmed flights and hotel booking and sponsorship letter I think. Once u get that u should go there 1 week to that schengen country and then apply for Turkey while the schengen is still valid for 3 months (short term Visa and single entry) if u choose multi entry it's more likely to get rejected. U must visit that schengen country b4 going to Turkey I think otherwise u get banned 10 years or something I cant remember. This strengthens ur passport the more stamps u have.

for us, Filipinos, it only takes 5-10 days. Mine was processed and approved in 5 days.

Your husband can take you under his employment.
Just fill form accordingly.

Now you  have to apply turkey visa through agency only its a new rule of turkey embessy.

U must show fees slip of University or colleg.
U must show an email to the turkey embessy from your colleg or univ mail should be sent to embessy by your University.

But specially to visit turkey its not right way to get visa first us uk etc...

Wait for increase your amount or borrow somw loan and put in bank and than after some month apply when you have sufficient balance
