What is it like being at the Kuwaiti environment?

I'm a nurse and I would be dealing directly with people and I'd like to know more about their culture.

What is it like being with Kuwaiti people and the Kuwaiti environment? Are they friendly or conservative? Professionally, what are their expectations, what are the parameters they expect you to be. What particular traditions they regard highly. What are their temperaments? Do citizens communicate in English as well?

some have basic english, some have perfect english, it'll be up to u to figure out a way to communicate with them.

some are very bossy and arrogant, some are kind hearted and very sweet.

some are friendly and comical, others are as serious as a heartattack.
