I am a filipina, who has a boyfriend from belguim. Planning to get married here in philippines. What are requirements to bring in embassy in phil to get marriage legal capacity certificate. Hope for help.

Better you go to your local Municipality to ask ALL the requirements,as there is much to do before one can marry. One has to attend seminars and get certificates if I am not mistaken. And after getting marriage licence,one must wait a number of days.
