visa from Vietnam to Holland then travelling from Holland to Colonge?

HI All,

I'm planning to travel to Colonge for a trade show there but unfortunately, the appointment schedule from Germany EMbassy and Consulate in VIetnam are complete full till MIddle of Sept. Meanwhile the show in Colonge starting from Sept 2nd. SO i would like to get a visa to Holland then travel from Holland to Collonge? will this work?
Please kindly help me out of this.

There are no regular border checks when crossing from Holland into Germany and back - BUT spot checks are possible.
As far as I know, a visa for Holland will include access to all Schengen countries for short visits, but please confirm that with the embassy!

If I got the visa to Holland then flight direct from Vientam to Germany, will that be ok?
I have been to UK twice, US twice and Asean countries several times. and all of that are business travel.
