Hi,

Are the buses in Guatemala City fairly safe transportation to the cinema?

Is there a long road with a shoulder to jog up and down with few stops for traffic? Does one exist leading out of Guatemala City or Antigua? What is its name?

The traffic impedes continuous, long duration running, but gyms have treadmills.

Aren't there off road trails to run? I hate the treadmill 🙁
