Is Final exit Visa necessary

Hi guys,I'm in Saudi for past two months.i entered KSA through an agent in free visa, I worked here for 15days,but I didn't signed any contract.due to my mother's illness I want to leave KSA.i didn't get the aqama.my agent is delaying my final exit visa.tell me how should I leave ksa.is it possible to leave without final exit visa.pls reply me immediately
