Only possible legally (Assuming the school can't sort out a work permit by other means) if you have a spouse sponsored KITAP.

Fully legal requires a US$1,200 work permit and KITAS for the majority of people, a spouse sponsored KITAP allowing exceptions to the rules.
That means legal part time work is pretty rare as no schools want to pay out for such a worker.
