Hey!

I wanna send a letter to someone living in Amsterdam without her knowing it before. I know her full name and a phone number. Is the any Dutch "address collection" or something I could use as a help?

I doubt it very much; at least, not legally. The Dutch are very restrictive when it comes to protecting personal information.
