For kids coming from aboard, there are international schools exists in pretty much every average city. You should be able to find them with a basic internet search. However if you are worried about the quality of education and education language, it is a good idea to go talk with the school staff face to face, maybe they can introduce you to other foreigner parents to listen their experience.
