You're talking about the Civic Integration Exam that all non-EU citizens have to go through; this link will take you to the Dutch Government website that explains the process.

Well, the system is the system, there is no "easy"; you can help yourself by starting to learn Dutch (for the exams you'll have to take). Lots of people use the "Naar Nederland" course to get through it, there are some examples on You Tube (link here).
