Have you checked Carrefour? I think I saw a bunch of import stuff there, but not many. You might need to travel to Metro ( which is super far, I have never ever been there in Hangzhou)
I know it's pretty hard to find stuff like different kinds of curry. I am from Thailand and I am still in trouble to find stuff to cook my food as well. I want tamarin paste, palm sugar and I cant find anywhere around here.
