Am not sure your post is addressed to whom ...

In any case, you must know that "a good job in muscat" does not just fall from heaven.

A lot of untiring efforts and hard work is required before an expatriate can land a good job, particularly during these economically tough times.

Some thoughts ... Monitor the digital versions of the local English dailies for job postings; make a list of companies you would like to work for, visit their websites and post in their 'careers' section ... keep on trying till you get a break.
