Are Non-Muslims allowed to go at Medina Airport for commuting to their country

I think they're not allowed to go to Meccah & Medinah.

Each of these two cities have boundaries for the muslim/non muslim divide. I believe the airports serving these cities (Jeddah/Madinah) are outside the boundaries, so can be frequented by non-muslims.
