retiring to spain

Hi,
My husband and I would like to move to Spain and get our NIE residencey card, but are unsure
what procedure we need to take, and what documentation is needed.

Also what happens if we want to return to the UK would we still be entitled to treatment there.

Can anyone recommend someone who would do all the work for us and what sort of costs are
involved.

Any helpful advise positive or negative would be welcome.

Thanking you
Ava-Lillie
