Typing Center Staff

I am planning to start a Typing Center business (Emirates ID and other services) in Ajman / Sharjah / Dubai in small range. But I am worried about skilled staff for that. The staff should be well experienced in same field with good knowledge and capability of typing in Arabic and English, preferably from South Asian territories. What do you thing - such staff are available in those Cities?

The members who are engaged or experienced in this field are requested to share ideas.

Just share an add on the indeed or dubbizle you'll get 100s of CVS if you pay more then their current salary then definitely you'll get the required staff.
