I intend to move with my wife to the US in November. we are both pedagogue. we intend to further our education and live permanently.
Please what area can one get accomodation at the most afordable rate, with low cost of living.
Also do we need green card to start school. If yes, what is are the procedures Involve.

Your accommodation is not the first priority on your list, your visa is. Green card is so far down the list you may never get to it. Based on the information on your post (practically zero qualification), the chance for you to acquire green card is slim to none.
