Movement to Muscat

Am moving to Muscat next week for a job in a big bank. As i would be traveling alone my family is a little concerned due to unrest in few Arab countries. How is the situation in Muscat and your views on how it would be in the future as Oman has a very good King.

Rohit,

Nothing to fear.Oman is a peacefull country.Things happening now are very common issues.

All expats are safe and freemoving

You will be safer here in Oman than you would be in most other Middle Eastern countries. So relax !

P.S. For your kind information, Oman does NOT have a king, but a Sultan - His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. And yes, he is indeed very good !
