Hello everyone,

Shopping online can be far more convenient and offer greater choice than going into shops, be it grocery shopping or retail.

Are there options for online shopping in Israel? Which sites or apps do you use most frequently and are these local or international?

Are there particular products that are cheaper to buy online or that are perhaps not available in Israel?

What is the delivery process like is it easy to receive deliveries and what are the costs of shipping? Are there any taxes to pay upon receipt?

Very similar to the rest of the Western wolrd, that is to say about a decade behind China.

I miss all the pluses of having one app (WeChat) that does everything and miss a platfrom as diverse as taobao with (often) same day delivery.

In Israel one needs to surf numerous sites, have numerous accounts and in a best case scenario receive goods in 24 hours.

I'm having a problem finding a package forwarding company I like. US to here.

I had one, but there were ongoing issues with them never responding to e-mails or answering the phone.

The owner finally told me to get lost when I complained to her - NICE.

The others are INSANELY expensive. This other one was VERY cheap with very good shipping rates

And tons of them don't even respond back to e-mails with questions.

And I need some things ASAP for my health. <sigh>
