how difficult to get an IT job / work permit

Hi,
Considering to travel to Belgium with my spouse on dependent visa to Mechelen city Belgium. My Spouse has a work permit B . Is that possible to get a job in Belgium for dependent and apply a work permit ? I am currently having more than 5 years of experience and working as an IT full stack Tech lead in India !
