Hello. Ive been here in Saudi arabia for 1 year 2 months now..Now my problem is we dont have a day off and we are working 12 hours everyday without overtime pay.I work in a drive through coffeeshop and my salary is fixed 1300..Now i want to go home now. Since we dont have a legal contract.Is it still needed to pay my employer since there is no termination of contract cauae we dont have a legal contract..We have a contract that we signed back there in the philippines but the name of the employer and our iqama is different..My iqama is not transferable either.I just want to go home..Can someone advice me on this.please.thank you

The easiest solution for your problem is to visit your embassy.

They can only solve your issue legally.
