Paying bills in Qatar

Some places have all utilities included some dont

Mine are, so all I pay is rent * monthly via credit card
And my phone acct I pay via a machine at the mall.
All bills I know are monthly

I do not pay any bill because it headache of my employer.I only pay postpaid bill and there is no any penality if late.
