Hi everyone!
I found a hot trip to Mauritius for an eighth days! MY question is if I come by this way and deside to stay longer can I continue my tourist visa by my self in immigration office or I have to go back anyway after my tour finish? Thanks

Visa extension can be done by yourself. You need a return ticket (aligned to your extension request), accommodation letter or hotel booking.

Do I need to go before expire day? Or I can do it before 1 day of expire date?

You can do anytime before expiry, even 1 day before.
That said, I always suggest to tackle 48 hours before, in case you need to correct / modify some documents.
