Visit Oman without NOC

Hello!
I wish to resign my job and join myfamily business in Muscat,but my company will not issue NOC.
What are the options to come back to Muscat and join my father in his business.
Is it possible to get visit visa to muscat every month if i take a resident visa in UAE.

Hi Mohdmaruf,

If you resign from your job and leave Oman without your employer's NOC, then there is no other option left for you to return, but to cool your heels outside the Sultanate for 2 years from the date of your departure.
