Hi there, So I went to the custom last week to check my parcel because its been 3week since the process starts then the custom guy gave me a letter and I don’t know what its for

The letter contain

“KKIA 38/1065 1438/12/27”

You need to visit them and below is my guess
KKIA 38/1065 1438/12/27”
King Khalid International Airport 38/1065 Date in Hijri

best way to stop these things happening is to have your Iqama number as part of your address when you get things posted to you.
