Lost Passports

Sorry to hear that.

In your case you, you may face difficulties while arriving back to KSA as you are travelling with new passports. The system only accepts the old passports which were used during the issuance of exit re entry visas.

Your visa is needed to be transferred to your new passports. Hence it is advisable to contact Saudi Embassy in India and I hope they will help you out with the perfect procedure including your new baby matter.

And it is my advise to post your experience related to this process, once you arrive back in KSA.

Sorry to know your situation. I suggest you to apply passport for you and your baby. Once your passport is issued, ask them to issue you a letter that your old passport is lost.
Attach the copy of old passports with the letter and take everything to the consulate and ask for help. Your husband shall do some research from here on how will it work. Hope it gets better.

Your case is a totally unexplored one. Its my first time that i have heard a issue like this but everything will be ok the God's Will. 

1) Register a Police Complain in the city where you lost your passport
2) Give an Add in any local news paper there about the lost passport.

as this are the thing which Saudi embassy may ask you when you approach them for Visa Re-Stamping

3) Apply for Passport in Tatkaal service in India.
4) Get in Contact with Any Visa Stamping Agent and See what information he can Gather from Saudi Embassy in India about things to be done regarding your issue.
5) After you get new passports approach to saudi embassy for transfering of visa details on it.
6) Let you Hubby go to the Indian Consulate here in Jeddah ones and Discuss your issue and gather information regarding what procedures have to be done after entering again here in KSA.

It should not be a problem as your old/lost passport number will be written on the new passport. However, on the safer side get in touch with the Saudi embassy in India for better clarity !!
