Exit Re-entry from Saudi and Work in UAE/GCC

Dear HR Guru,

I left ksa on exit rentry to India and came to UAE on visit visa and got a new job. Where my visa status changed to work permit and now my passport is under the process of visa stamping. I would like to know is there any problem in visa stamping in UAE immigration as i left ksa on exit reentry? Will it creates any problem in getting visa stamped on my passport in UAE?

Requesting you to answer my query ASAP and i'm really thankfull to you.

I don’t think so will have any issue at UAE, but for sure you will be banned/blacklisted to work in Saudi for certain number of years. I guess 2 years, not sure though !!

90% - you wont face any problem stamping the UAE visa in your passport even if you a hold a valid Saudi work visa.

It is better to come to KSA and get an exit stamped in your passport, so that there wont be a problem, in the future if you decide to move to KSA
