Hi my brother is in Santa Cruz with his wife. He is very sick. They live near Guia de Isota. Are there some kind souls who can help them with their predicament short term. Just asking for practical help and support. Darrell (I am in the UK)

Mainly transport I think. My brother cannot drive because of a stroke and his wife is a non driver. They are poor. Darrell.
