Your EP is ending so you don't need to terminate it

Tax clearance takes about 5 working days and the company completes a "Leavers" form. You sign it and it is then sent to the tax office.

But you can take the paperwork to your nearest tax office yourself to speed things up and get it done immediately.

No. You did not have to register to pay tax with your salary. When you leave Malaysia before the end of your EP just make sure you have your employment contract letter (it should have the company stamp on it) with you proving the salary and pay slips.
