You should apply for Employment Visa in the Indian embassy in your country, not in India.
You have to apply online with all relevant documents and then, if approved, will get the stamp from the embassy.
FYI - India Employment Visa
Above all, you need an India-based employer to invite you to work in India with a genuine job offer.
