Is it Adviceable to share an apartmetn/condo with a Stranger(Male/Female)?
I wanted to rent a nice condo and let out one room to anyone person working with a a MNC...Someone who is willing to share the rent and utilities and Advance?

Also, isnt noisy and know how ensure he doesnt invade other peoples privacy...

I know Im asking for too much? But is there any-other way to get a nice condo within 1200 anywhere near the LRT?

When you rent out then you will find out.

How can you expect that we will give you any advice on that one?

How about you rent a condo for yourself then you will have no problem.

set the rules and create the boundaries. Also ask for their input.Ask for a deposit and ,ask copies of their papers such as: pass port, birth certificate etc. JW

Most condos do not allow for sub-renting.
So unless you do it with a good friend you know you won't have problems with, it is not advisable.
