This is hard to answer.
As I grew up in two different countries,
and now live in a third one,
I'll give it a try,
The answer is relative.
It depends on the environment.
It depends on the school,
on different cultures and values,
on friends,
on parents...
It depends on one's hobbies,
on one's character (extrovert or introvert),
on one's physical looks,
on one's interests...
on one's intellect...
on siblings or lack of ...
Luck has a lot to do with this.
Also, it depends where in Serbia you live.
Life can be relative.
It depends on the individual.
The same situation can be viewed differently by different individuals
with different experience with different aspirations and views of life.
Either way, kids should benefit living in more than one country.
I have school friends on every continent.
