PRC visa no criminal record doc

Hi all,
Have to make a trip back to the US to get a Z visa at the Chinese embassy. For the No Criminal Record requirement, can anyone tell me what document they provided and what signatures or notary it had? Pretty sure I don't need an FBI check and I'm trying to get there and back ASAP.

You will need an FBI check. To get that you will go to the state police in your home state, and fill out some forms and take some finger prints. They will then mail your the document that you need.
