Marriage

I'm an Egyptian guy, i love an American guy so much, we wanted to marry.
He asked a lawyer but the lawyer told him that he can't bring me from Egypt as it's not allowed anymore.
Is that true or the lawyer is lying?
Pleasr help with that issue because we really love each other and want to marry but we don't know what to do now.

Fred

Egypt isn't on the list of Trump's travel ban countries.

Nemomomo

So, is it possible to come and marry him?

Nemomomo

Please tell me what we have to do to be able to marry

Fred

I'm totally unfamiliar with laws and the gay marriage customs in that country but I thought I'd try get you started with that one snippet of handy information.

Nemomomo

Of course you helped a lot.
Do you know a way that allows me to learn about the issue?
I'd be grateful to tell me.

Yes, your fiance can file an I-129F petition to obtain a K1 fiance visa.

K1 Fiance visa is for those who wish to enter the USA to get married, it is different from the IR1/CR1 Spouse visa.

Nemomomo

So, he has to do it for me?
Please tell me the details, n sorry for annoying
