Olive Tree pickers

Hello
I have recently moved to the Monovar/Elda area. On my land there are quite a few Olive Trees (27) and I would like to know if anybody knows or knows of anybody that picks the olives, the pickers keeps most of the pickings to themselves I believe the deal is with most pickers and owners, and also I believe in the deal is that the pickers spray the trees come May to combat the mosquitoes.
