Car Mulkiya without Owner..!!!!!

Hello there,
Before going India my cousin parked his car outside my house and gave me key and Mulkiya. Now more than 6 months has past and he will not come back Oman before 2 years.
The Problem is he want I sell his car and send back money to him. Anyone suggest me how I will sell his car at present he is not here, his mulkiya will finished next year May 2018.
