What is the procedure for transferring my university from Nepal to Indonesia and what are the chances I can get one?

If the uni accepts you, you must them apply for an immigration document for educational purposes.
This is pretty much automatic but you'll have to prove you can support yourself for your time in Indonesia before it will be granted.
