Spass rejected

Appeal result should be faster because they have already verified your educational background and experiences, if any. So, additional certificate which your employer will submit need to be verified by MoM. All the best

Hi does  the status of my application will change once my employer appeal or submit the require documents or it will remain rejected until it become approve or it will become pending again if they recieve the documents????

It will only change if there is a change in your application status i.e. if it’s approved then it will reflect or else it will remain same as “rejected”.

I see if the employer make an appeal it will not show a pending status again is it??? It will remain reje ted until it will be approved??? Thank you for the reply

Yes, it won’t change to ‘appeal pending’. MoM has three status in its website (pending (when you apply first time), rejected or approved). Good luck

Hi my pass still not appeoved yet eventhought the MOM says to employer that they only need additional documents and we did pass already but its almost 3 weeks since the appeal and no news yet from the mom. I also have another ofder from the other company. Now i dont know if i still need for this??? I thought it will not be so long as they only asking for additional document. 😔😔😔

Even though this might be unsatisfactory for you, work pass processing takes as long as it takes. There is no way to speed up MoM's inner workings. The only thing you can do it wait.

Thanks... the employer told me that they recieve  SMS from MoM (yes its another option that employer can tick if they want to have an authomatic update about the application) and said they say still need another 1-3weeks to review the application. Thats the most frustating part but still not worst to worst as another rejection.

Hi just want to share.... my pass approve after 5 weeks of waiting. It was rejected 1 week after they apply and MoM say need additional documents. And after 4 weeks of appeal got approve. Thanks surya2k and beppi for answering our inquiry. It somehow relieves our stress of waiting and struggling. And most of all thank God.
