hello friends
i m from Nepal im planning to study in Latvia but in mean time i want to go to France before my 3month visa expires can i or not any suggestion guys ?

Check your visa - if it includes Schengen, then you can travel anywhere in that region, including France.

Ah. I thought you already had your visa - it would say right on it.
You should ask for the ability to visit all Schengen areas when you apply for your visa
