Respected sir or madam,
I came Indonesia first time 31oct. 2017 And I got 30days visa date of 29th November  2017. I made plan to live in Indonesia until 28th November but before I go back India but there was valcano problem airport was closed. Then I still wait and pray to God that don't do more. I waited that time because some people afraid that time and they want go back fastly.so I thought that I can extend my visa. Then I extend visa and pay fees and got visa 29th December 2017. That time I thought we can spend time for Christmas because God do good for us. And now that time take ticket 29 December 207 and I go airport then I came in immigration area and meet officer there. He treat me like that I m criminal. And they all time told you that you do work here and I said no then one officer told me give me 50$. Then I said that I have no money and he change suddenly and told me 300k but I thought that my visa is valid. Then I said that I don't you money because my visa is valid. Then they said me u r blacklist and something wrote on my passport. Sorry if pray to God for innocent people life is illegal in Indonesia. Then I shouldn't  come in your country.can you clear my full problem.
                              Thank you

Fred

What visa type do you arrive on?
If it was a free VOA, they are normally not extendable but an automatic FREE extension was ordered by immigration when the airport closed.
As the airport reopened after just a few days, you would have been expected to leave as soon as possible.

The type of visa is the first question.

78mankit

I came there visa on arrival... And now I want kitas visa... Can I will go Indonesia again..... They wrote my passport '' kerj4"

Fred

Less likely.

I gather (but needs checking) that code says you were working illegally so you'll probably have been blacklisted.
Applying for a KITAS now would be more complicated, especially if it was for work as they'll see that as supporting evidence you were engaged in illegal work.

78mankit

If I caught when I will go Indonesia for six months work permit... Then what they will do with me

Fred

If you're found working illegally you'll be deported but you might well have to pay fines and/or spend time in prison before they kick you out.

Your chances of a work permit with a black mark for working illegally are slim.

78mankit

Hi advice me that I can't go Indonesia for work permit

78mankit

Immigration officer write kerj4 with green pen.... And they don't write how much time I black list.... It's warning or action... Tell me sir

Fred

I would imagine your chances are zero.

You worked illegally on a tourist visa
You were caught working and this was noted in your passport
Bali immigration are known to be especially tough as so many people attempt to work illegally on that island.

I would suspect, if you arrived here again, you'd be on the first flight home.
As for a KITAS, you'd have to get the IMTA (work permit) first and you can't get one of those without proving you can do a job an Indonesia can't do.

78mankit

Sir if I get imta and Telles.... Then I come again in Indonesia or not

Fred

If you got the IMTA and KITAS, of course as they show approval to enter and work legally.
Getting them isn't easy and the latter has to be done while you're outside Indonesia.

What type of work?

78mankit

Sir give interview in one compny in Indonesia and they give me imta and Telles in one month and then I will go Bankok for take 6 months work visa of Indonesia...... Then tell me sir I can enter in Indonesia or not

Fred

What type of work?

78mankit

sales executive

Fred

Only in a specialist field
Only if the company can get a work permit, and only if immigration decide to ignore your previous illegal work.

You have to find an employer, they apply for the IMTA, then they have to apply to immigration for the KITAS, that application including your passport details.
The immigration process must be done while you are outside Indonesia.

78mankit

Sir give me your what's app number... I will tell all matter with passport pictures

78mankit

Sir I can't come Indonesia on tourist and business visa.  If I have work visa then I will come

They was a few uk expats late last year who over stayed I cant comment on how long but it was for more than a few days, all spent I know one was excluded from returning for one year the other I have no idea all spent a period of time in prison

Fred

A bunch were arrest a few days ago and plenty before that.
Bali is especially keen as the place is so popular so lots of people attempt to get around the laws in the hope of living there.

Some examples

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/ … -violationhttp://www.thejakartapost.com/news/2017 … rkers.htmlhttps://petapixel.com/2015/04/21/photog … to-shoots/

There are plenty more but people will still try, either because they're ignorant of the severe punishments or because they think they'll get away with it.

For other readers of this thread - Working illegally in Indonesia is not recommended as the authorities are keen (especially on Bali) and the fines/prison terms are nasty.
A short term with obvious intent to leave the country will usually just get you blacklisted but working until nabbed by immigration, the military (Yes, they can and will) or the police will often see a lot worse.

Basically - Don't

I might be wrong but I’m sure they is a Visa for journalism etc

78mankit

Can I go Indonesia again onworking visa

GuestPoster0210

I would imagine if you was issued a working visa you would be ok, however if what has been written in your passport is correct (I can’t comment) I would presume very difficult to obtain

78mankit

Sir send me your what's app number

lukereg

Perhaps you should tell your future employer you were blacklisted from Indonesia for working illegally then you will know what you can and won't be able to do.

Fred and Gwmeath have made it pretty clear but perhaps you should seek something more official regarding this, sat from an Indonesian embassy and also your future employer.

78mankit

Sir u suggest me that what I will do if I get work visa.... I also tell my boss.... He agreed but I have confusion.... So I ask here

Given the above admits your guilt and proves you lied in your OP, I have little interest in trying to help you.
I can't speak for other posters.

We are not the right people to ask to get 100% correct answers. The opinions and replies given are perfectly accurate and correct but nevertheless no one here is in charge of immigration or manpower or getting you a visa hence my suggestion of the need for you to seek out professional legal advice which will give you the reassurance you are seeking so do try somewhere else as this thread will close soon.

Hmm they asked for this?

And they all time told you that you do work here and I said no then one officer told me give me 50$. Then I said that I have no money and he change suddenly and told me 300k but I thought that my visa is valid.
