I just want to ask about our company's cut salary system. I am an on call cleaner 4 hours in one hours . I work with the madam but she dont like me to much ger ger and she also pushed on her gate so i bumped my body on the gate because she want to took my phone but i didn't give it . I reported this to my company but the company replies cut salary for 3 days
