Visa after deportation from kuwait

Hi
I was deported from kuwait last year because of hepatitis b .i came to india now i dont have hepatitis b. Even gamca reports says i dont have any disease and i am fit to go.
How can i approach in kuwait and whom to approach nd wat are the procedures to go back.please help.
