I think you did not violate any rules, like in your contract you finish 2 years and not sign the new contract even your name is there but there is no signature. email your employer make an emergency excuse (family matter) do not tell him, that you have plan to return but in different employer.

thanks kryp .. yes , i already told them that i'm not coming back because of family matters ..  and the father of the family understand my situation .. but the wife is mad and so with her daughters that they did even blocked me on social medias .. my concern right now is that , they said if my visa expired and i didn't come , its automatically on the block list , but i'm not sure to that . it scares me that i cannot get a new working visa .

Good that you communicate with your previous employer, otherwise he can file case against you and reported to saudi goverment. Your new employer will provide new visa..

Hi! Upon my knowledge with that certain issue, Whenever an expatriate  was issued with Exit Re-entry VISA and didn't comeback, he/she will be blocked up to 2-3 years in the Kingdom (not sure if it's  applicable in all GCC). I am worried about the "renewed contract" you were saying because it means that you have existing contract with your employer thus you cannot be sponsored by other company. The fact that your existing employer manage to issue you an exit re-entry VISA means you are still bind with their contract.

hey .. is it automatically be block if i didn't comeback or my employer will do that ? uhmm , about the contract , they just send me a contract but i haven't sign it yet . and i already told them that i'm not coming back and the father said that it's fine .. but the mother and daughters are mad because they want me to comeback .. and my exit - re entry visa , already expired .
