Please can I travel to Holland with my 2years document but I don't have passport..?

Cynic

Your Forum information tells me you're an Italian citizen; assuming you're travelling as a tourist, or for business; as a citizen of any signatory country to the Schengen agreement, you don't need to show any national ID card or passport to enter any of these countries; you can stay for up to 90 days in a 180 day period; there are a few variations to this, but they are the basic rules.

Hope this helps.

I'm a Nigerian refugee.but has 2 years permesso di soggiorno

Then the same rules as for any other Nigerian citizen will apply and you will need a passport.  I suggest you contact the Nigerian Embassy in Italy; this link will take you to their website.
