I have a number of properties/land in the Philippines held in my partners name with 25 year leases granted to me. We now have three young children together and I would like to transfer part ownership to them, rather than transfer each property into their names I wondered if it was possible to setup corporation with myself owning a 40% shareholding as a foreigner and the rest distributed between my partner and our three minor children?

You need a CPA and/or the advice of a lawyer.  I would not count on getting the correct info on this forum.

Yep seek professional advise, it sounds like you have worked with a few lawyer here already.

Buy the way, I would like to congratulate you on the way you have managed yours/families assets here, it appears you have a gone a long way to managing risk, by establishing the structures you have.
