I'm flying into San Jose in March and looking to find better way to obtain transport between destinations. Online booking agencies there seem to be gouging quite a bit.

How is Uber going in CR? Is this a decent option? Any other recommendations?

Also the tours... once I'm local I'm assuming I can obtain them for less like most countries. Any advice would help. Thanks.

Uber operates mostly around San José.
Don't presume that tours will be cheaper once at your destination...chances are, is that they may be the same.
