Labor law for expats in China

Does anyone know some of the chinese labour laws regarding deductions for personal leave as well as for days off for bad weather(recent heavy snow)?

China is not Europe. You need to discuss these issues with your employer.  They will work out an agreement based on your relationship with your employer. If things go sour, expect that any and all legal action to favor the Chinese company.

That is the way of life here.
