thanks for the sharing, i think it was the microsoft translator, witch you can use to translat any language even with voice. have a gooday

there is a very good app for transportation called Trafi
For translation don't trust any app and don't translate sentences only vocabularies cuz all translators will give you wrong translation for sentence
For offline maps I tried a lot the best one is OsmAnd
