Visiting Brazil isn't easy from where you are!
Relations with Bahrain are handled by the Brazilian Embassy in Kuwait: you probably would need to request your visa there. Check their website for the requirements.
If you're home in Pakistan, you could go to the Brazilian Embassy in Islamabad. There are consulates listed in Karachi and Lahore, but they only appear to be honorary consulates, and would probably direct you to Islamabad.
