Contact India International Bank on Jalan Raja Chulan. Do need a long-term visa to open a MYR account but they may offer other currencies. If you already have a banking relationship with another international bank (HSBC, SC, Citi, etc.) they will probably offer services in offshore currencies.

I already have opened an MYR account. I need to transfer money from my bank in India to CIMB bank here. Is that possible?
